Course prices and subscription fees are displayed in GBP, EUR, or USD. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for individual course purchases and first-time subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at info@wellnessacademy.uk

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscription renewals
• Courses completed or substantially consumed
• Bundled course packages after 14 days

5. Content License and Usage

License Grant

Restrictions
