Mike Weitzman
Michael, an instructor of integrative medicine for St. George's University, where for over 20 years he has guided more than 1,000 medical students in using practices such as meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong as supportive tools for physical and psychological well being.
His work is deeply rooted in Tai Chi and Qigong. Michael has completed formal teacher training and spent years studying and practicing across Asia and the US, including time in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Chiang Mai, and New York. This broad, hands on experience shapes his practical, accessible approach, focused on what truly works in everyday life.
Through Wellness Academy, Michael shares this experience by combining time tested Eastern practices with modern medical understanding, creating simple, effective tools people can return to whenever they need support.

Bilal Moghrabi
After 10 years working in Marketing across the Middle East, Bilal left the corporate world to follow his passion for wellness and personal development. Now based in Thailand, he supports the Wellness Academy with operations and course creation. His lifestyle blends fitness, adventure, and a balanced approach to health, guided by curiosity and a genuine interest in growth for himself and others.

Jenny Vilmunen
Jenny is a wellness enthusiast, yoga teacher, and avid traveler with a passion for photography and nature. With over five years of dedication to holistic well-being, including 500 hours of yoga teacher training in India, Jenny combines her love for yoga, photography, and nature into a harmonious lifestyle. She finds joy in capturing the beauty of her travels and experiences while nurturing a deep empathy for animals.
Kerry Gallagher
Kerry is an energetic educator and dedicated mother. Over 10 years in a variety of global classrooms proved all her lessons were planned with an open heart and a holistic approach. This truth was even more prevalent as she became a mother. Her soul was drawn to travel in Thailand, a Buddhist country, where she learned the practices of Loving Kindness, Mindful Awareness, and The Middle Way.
