We’re excited to guide you through this practical course designed to help you start your day feeling focused and balanced. Each part of the course is structured to set you up for success, beginning with optimizing sleep and wakefulness, followed by guided practices to energize your body and mind.

How to Do This Course:

Morning Energy Flow is divided into three main parts:

  1. Optimizing Sleep and Wakefulness – We’ll begin with two short sessions: "5 Tips for Better Sleep" and "5 Tips for Upon Waking Up." These will help improve your sleep and help you feel more energized in the morning.

  2. Preparing for the Guided Practices – In this section, we’ll cover the key concepts behind the movement, breathwork, and meditation practices that follow. This will ensure you approach each session with the right mindset.

  3. Guided Sessions – This section consists of 12 sessions, broken down into 3 parts, each with 4 sets of movement, breathwork, and meditation. These sessions are designed to help you flow through your morning with energy and intention.

How to Progress:

  • 1 session per day: We recommend doing one session each day, in order. This will help you build a steady routine and get the most from each practice.

  • 12 sessions total: Once you’ve completed all 12 sessions, you can choose any session each morning based on how you’re feeling.

Practical Tips:

  • Stay consistent: Practice each session daily for the best results.

  • If you miss a day: Simply pick up where you left off.

  • Quick and effective: Each session is designed to be efficient, so you can easily integrate it into your morning routine.
