This training is designed to help you build a strong foundation in conscious breathing. The core practice we focus on is three-step breathing, which emphasizes slow, deep, quiet, and smooth breathing. Practicing in this way reduces chronic stress and anxiety, improves resting heart rate, enhances overall calmness, and optimizes oxygen exchange throughout the body.
From this foundation, the course introduces specific breathwork practices that can be integrated throughout your day, week, and life. We use a micro-wellness approach, recognizing that most modern people cannot commit to long practice sessions. Guided practices are generally 5 minutes or shorter, with the longest under 15 minutes. This ensures you can maintain consistency and success even with a busy schedule.
By practicing short sessions in the morning, evening, and throughout the day, you can experience real-time benefits of breathing well, supporting your mind, body, and nervous system.
